Graphoenix stands behind all of it's products and believes that they are for use by the majority, however, the individual user of those products is responsible for their own actions. If you have an allergy to any of the ingredients in any of the products, you should not use them. You should also not use products for any use other than their intended use. The effects of ingesting graphene are not known, but are thought to be inert and non-toxic as particles of carbon similar to or the same as graphene are ingested when eating something grilled on a conventional barbecue. At Graphoenix, we do not encourage the ingestion of any of our products even though they may be considered natural or harmless. All products should be used with adult supervision.

Carbon Creme has been shown to be effective on pain associated with cuts, burns, rashes, slight bruising, and neuropathy. It has not been show to be effective on deep pain such as arthritis. These products are not intended to cure or treat any disease and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Terms and conditions may be changed or altered at any time. Any refunds or exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis and are usually granted.
